Hotel Span adds to the mesmerizing charm of Kozhikode, once the land of the Zamorins. Earlier known as Calicut, it was the capital city during the Zamorin rule. The historic beach of Kappad, where the Portuguese navigator, Vasco do Gama landed in 1948 and the Beypore boat building yard are also located here.
